Rebecca Minkoff LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant. Candidate must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to be proactive, forward thinking, and possess the ability to contribute to a growing company. Must be a team player willing to help in all areas of the AP process.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate with vendors via email and phone
  • Manage payment process
  • Reconcile vendor accounts
  • Special projects as assigned

Job Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years well-rounded Accounts Payable experience
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Strong communication skills and ability/desire to communicate with vendors
  • Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using an ERP system (RLM experience preferred, Not required)
  • Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, filtering)
  • Experience with vendor account reconciliation


  • Ability to move between projects
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be a forward thinking problem solver
  • Must possess an analytical mindset
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
