Return Policy

Domestic Returns

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. To make up for it, we offer free returns on all U.S. orders—just use the included complimentary Fedex return label in your package or visit one of our retail locations for in-person assistance. In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a completed return form and items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Rebecca Minkoff and subject to a $10 return fee. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 10-14 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email from a member of our Customer Care team.

International Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the exact condition in which it was shipped along with your return form. Please note you will not be refunded for importation fees. Address to return is:

Please allow up to seven business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Once it has, you’ll receive one email from a Rebecca Minkoff customer care associate confirming your refund. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired size while it is still in stock and using your complimentary Fedex return label to return the order(s) as needed. Ground shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order and return. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Rebecca Minkoff and subject to a $10 Return fee.

Final Sale

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made on rebeccaminkoff.com or uriminkoff.com.

Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions. No price adjustments on previously placed orders.

If you placed an order within the U.S. and did not receive a return label or need a replacement, please email customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com to request a complimentary return label.

In order to receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery with your return form and in the exact condition in which it was received.

Tracking My Return

You’ll get an email from a Rebecca Minkoff customer care associate confirming your refund. This may take up to 14 days after we receive your package. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Refunds

After we receive a return, it typically takes between five and seven days for us to process your refund. Refunds are administered to the original form of payment. And it can take an additional 10 business days for your financial institution to post this to your account.

Exceptions

Incomplete or Incorrect Order

There are exceptions to every rule. For example, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, that’s on us. Email customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com with a photo, as well as your order number and we’ll get that taken care of as soon as possible.
