Due to an increased order volume during this time, you may experience delays in processing. Free Prepaid Returns

Only full priced orders shipped within the USA will be eligible. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which the item was shipped. All sale merchandise is final sale.

1. Click here to submit a return request and fill out the form completely. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.

2. If approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid FedEx return label and a Return Authorization form. Print both. Attach the FedEx label to the outside of your return package and enclose the Return Authorization form inside.

4. You will receive an email from our customer care liaison confirming that your refund has been processed. Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

USA Shipping

UPS Ground shipping service will be free on full-price orders within the USA.

Free UPS Ground shipping is available for sale orders over $250.

Orders placed with Rebecca Minkoff ship by UPS with a signature required for delivery. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at 1(866) 838-6991 with your request.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Orders shipping to these addresses will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

International Shipping

Free international shipping is available for full-price orders over $300 and sale orders over $500.

Rebecca Minkoff has partnered with Pitney Bowes Ecommerce Solutions offering our products to over 90 countries. You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including shipping and importation fees (estimated costs for customs, tariffs and tax) when you check out. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.

Shipping Costs

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the weight of the items purchased, the original retail of the items purchased, the country of manufacture and the destination of the package.

Importation Fees

Customs, duty, and import fees may apply if your order is shipped to a destination outside the United States. We now provide you with the option of paying these importation fees up front as opposed to at the point of delivery. To choose this option, simply select the Premier or Express service in the checkout and you will not be responsible for any additional fees beyond that point.

Terms and Conditions

You hereby authorize Pitney Bowes Inc. to act as your agent and transact business with foreign revenue authorities to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes on your behalf, return your merchandise and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that foreign revenue authorities will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to directly to Pitney Bowes Inc. and you will obtain any refund, as applicable, directly from Rebecca Minkoff LLC. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by said foreign revenue authorities in your name, so that Pitney Bowes Inc. can be reimbursed.
