Cleaning and Care
Our leather handbags are made of genuine leathers that are tanned to give each bag a natural look and soft feel. Variations in color and feel are characteristics of each leather and are unique to each bag. Different leathers will react uniquely to dyes and wear and your bag can change in appearance over time. With normal use, your bag may darken or become more slouchy and soft. We recommend keeping your bag away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and water. Exposure to makeup, oil, dyes, and dark denim can unfortunately stain the leather and can be hard to remove. In the case that your bag is stained we strongly suggest bringing it to a leather care professional who can assist you with the best restoration options.
Receive expert guidance from our denim experts. Available at 1 (866) 838 – 6991 for fit and styling advice Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM EST
How Rebecca Minkoff Denim Supports No Kid Hungry
No child should grow up hungry in America but one in five children struggles with hunger. Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign is ending childhood hunger in this nation by connecting kids in need with nutritious food and teaching families how to cook healthy, affordable meals. You can help surround kids with the nutritious food they need where they live, learn and play.
With each sale of Rebecca Minkoff denim, a donation will be triggered directly to No Kid Hungry. This donation enables the No Kid Hungry campaign to help connect a child in need with up to 20 meals, such as school breakfast and summer meals.
No Kid Hungry is a national campaign with a local approach, and in many places as little as $1 invested can help a child access 10 meals. Your donation combines with others to help Share Our Strength provide food, supplies and technical assistance to organizations feeding kids through its No Kid Hungry campaign. It also funds Share Our Strength’s work to recruit new summer meal sites, help schools provide breakfast for kids facing hunger, and teach families how to prevent hunger at home. For more information, visit NoKidHungry.org.
To make your Rebecca Minkoff denim last as long as possible, please follow the specific care instructions noted on each style. Below are a few additional helpful tips & tricks for maintenance.
- Wash your denim inside out in cold water with like colors to prevent color from fading or transfer.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
Please note that before the first few washes, the dye on your darker denim may rub off on light-colored fabric, upholstery, and leather. Please use care when wearing your jeans.

We are happy to offer a one-year limited warranty on our jewelry (proof of purchase from RebeccaMinkoff.com is required). If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect we suggest you email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and a photo of your piece.
Rebecca Minkoff jewelry is made of non-precious metals which may darken or tarnish with normal wear. For cleaning care use a clean, soft polishing cloth to remove any dirt or tarnish and store jewelry in their dust bags.
If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.
Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this two year period.
