Shipping- Full-Price USA orders
For Full-Price USA orders UPS ground shipping will be free!
Orders placed with Rebecca Minkoff ship by UPS with a signature required for delivery. You should generally allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing before your order will ship. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at (212) 677-7829 with your request. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.Returns & Exchanges
We now offer free returns and exchanges for Full-Price USA orders!
Please note, We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from our Black Friday Sale, End of the Year Sale, or any other purchases made with a discount. In order to receive a refund the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
- Click here to submit a return/exchange request. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid UPS return label and a Return/Exchange Authorization form. Print both. Attach the UPS label to the outside of your return package and enclosed the Return Authorization form inside.
- Drop off your package at a UPS location, or hand it off to a UPS driver. For locations visit UPS.com
- You will receive an email from a Rebecca Minkoff customer care liaison confirming that your return is received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund or exchange to be processed. For returns, please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Monogrammed Handbag Program Policies
All Holiday monogram purchases are final sale. Once you place an order production begins on your custom handbag and we will not accept any order cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please contact Customer Care at (212) 677-7829 or email orders@rebeccaminkoff.com with any questions or concerns prior to placing an order.
Please allow 10 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) for your bag to be monogrammed and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your bag is ready to ship. We are not able to offer a rush service on monogramming. By law, all items shipped to addresses in New York State and California will be charged sales tax.
Manufacturing
Many of Rebecca Minkoff handbags are made in NYC. However, due to our rapidly expanding growth and expansion in style and quantity, we have recently outgrown the sole use of our NYC facilities and also leverage overseas support. All of our products are made with the same exacting standards and aesthetics, and are of the same exceptional quality.
Repairs
Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this two year period. Repair inquiries should be directed to our Customer Care Liaison. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 14 to 30 business days. Please click here to submit a request to our Customer Care Liaison. Once your request is received, our in-house Customer Care Liaison will be in contact with you within one business day with information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair.Please note, it may be necessary to provide proof of purchase in order to confirm that your repair request is covered by our policy. If general wear and tear has diminished a handbag’s appearance, we suggest visiting a reputable leather care professional for refurbishment. We recommend Lovin’ my bags to give your bag a much needed spa day.
International Repairs
If you are located outside the US, please contact customercare@rebeccaminkoff.comAny issues with merchandise currently located outside the US will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
Off-price and sample sale purchases
If your item was purchased through an off-price retailer (Gilt, eBay, Saks Off Fifth, Nordstrom Rack, etc.) or at a Rebecca Minkoff sample sale, please contact customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com.Any issues with merchandise not purchased through RebeccaMinkoff.com or an Authorized Full-Price Retailer is considered for repair service on a case-by-case basis. Any issues with merchandise purchase through an off-price retailer or sample sale will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
