We offer free returns for all U.S. orders and include a UPS return label in your package for easy return shipment.
In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped, with your Return Form. You will receive an email from a Uri Minkoff customer care associate confirming that your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange your order, we offer store credit which will allow you to process an exchange by placing a new order on uriminkoff.com.
Sale merchandise is redeemable for store credit only.
If you did not receive a return label or need a replacement, please contact email@example.com to request a new one. Free return labels are not included in orders shipped outside of the United States.
