Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received before 2pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around federal and U.S. holidays.

We try to send out your order confirmation email within moments of you placing an order. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam as it may have been flagged. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information.


Shipping Within the U.S.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you’d would like to expedite your order, select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight. FYI: we’re unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time.

Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. All online orders do not require a signature. Use the UPS tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments through www.ups.com . You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, too. And if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com .

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 5-10 business days for the UPS investigation and for RM Customer Care to contact you for next steps.

International Shipping

Free shipping is available for international orders $300 USD or more. Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.

If you are shipping internationally, your complete order total will reflect shipping and importation fees (estimated costs for customs, tariffs and tax) when you check out. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and fees are calculated based on the original retail value of the products as well as the manufacturing and import countries. You won’t be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Rebecca Minkoff. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.
