We offer free returns for all U.S. orders and include a UPS return label in your package for easy return shipment.
If you did not receive a return label or need a replacement, please contact email@example.com to request a new one.
Both full priced and sale items are returnable for a full refund. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of delivery in the exact condition in which it was shipped with this return form.
*Please note we have extended our return period for the holidays to January 15th, 2017.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the total amount refunded. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund back to your original form of payment.
Free return labels are not included in orders shipped outside of the United States. Please note we do not provide refunds for any duties, taxes, or shipping costs. We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order on the website to ensure it does not go out of stock! We’ll refund you for your original order once your item is returned.
Web orders can also be returned to our retail locations. Our team will only be able to facilitate a shipment back to our returns department for a refund. Be sure to bring your return form along with you! Unfortunately our international retail stores are unable to assist with web returns or exchanges at this time.
