  • When will my order ship?
  • All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST will ship the following Monday.

  • How do I track my order?
  • If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.

    If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?
  • We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed within the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?
  • Orders placed November 1st, 2018 through December 31st, 2018 will have 60 days from the order date to return their purchase for a full refund. All orders placed outside of this time frame must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

    At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

    Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

          • We’re happy to offer the option to pre-order select new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

            Did you just place an order and are already seeing a charge on your bank account? That’s what we call an “authorization.” This is common bank practice that ensures you have sufficient funds and verifies account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the authorization usually clears within 48 – 72 hours. If you need to speed up that process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank. Please note: You can use multiple Gift Cards per order. We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

            If an error message appeared after you click “Place Order,” then there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered. Double check—even triple check—that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

            Afterpay

            Afterpay is a payment provider allowing you the chance to pay for your product over time. Through Afterpay you can pay for your purchase with for equal payments due every two weeks.             Any e-gift card purchased online at RebeccaMinkoff.com is redeemable online only. They can be any amount up to $500 and cannot be purchased at a discount. Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards, but it will be applied to the purchase being paid for by gift card. Our gift cards are available to U.S. customers only at this time.             In order to receive your order by December 25th, your order must be placed by 12PM EST on the following days:

            We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you’d would like to expedite your order, select select FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx  2 Day, or FedEx Express Saver at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight. FYI: we’re unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time.

            Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. All online orders do not require a signature. Use the FedEx tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments through www.fedex.com. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, too. And if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process, customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com.  

            Unfortunately, we are unable to process any changes to orders once they are placed. Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or change a shipping address.  We would be more than happy to cancel your order and help you place a new order with your correct shipping/billing information if you'd like.

            If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the FedEx investigation and for RM Customer Care to contact you for next steps. If after the investigation your package was claimed as lost, we are more than happy to re-ship a new order under Signature Required if your item(s) are still in stock, otherwise we'll process an RM gift card code for your original amount. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund at this time.

You won’t be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Rebecca Minkoff.             Products containing an animal or plant component (for example, rabbit fur jackets, exotic skins, etc) are restricted from shipment by Borderfree.           • All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse, located in California within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around federal and U.S. holidays.

            We try to send out your order confirmation email within moments of you placing an order. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam as it may have been flagged. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information.

          • Check Order Status
          • If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.

            As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.           • Order Change 
          • We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed within the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it’ll be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for the merchandise plus tax. FYI: shipping charges are nonrefundable.

          • Order Cancellation
          • This doesn’t happen often, but if your order was cancelled because the item you selected became no longer available or is out of stock, you’ll hear from us via email within three business days of placing your order. 

            In the case that your order was cancelled in our system due to a risk of fraudulent activity, you’ll be notified by email within three business days. This is strictly for your security and we apologize for any inconvenience. If your order was flagged as fraud in error, please contact your financial institution.

          • Product Care
          • Leather

            Rebecca Minkoff handbags are made of natural leather. Slight differences in color and texture are characteristics of the leather. Special care is advised for treated colors (metallic, flecked, embossed) as contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage. We recommend treating your bag with weather-proof protectant and be taken to a leather care professional of your choice. Read more helpful tips on Handbag Care 

            Replacement Parts

            Things get lost. We get it. That said, we typically only keep replacements and hardware in neutral colors and from popular/classic styles on hand. To receive a replacement part, send an email to repairs@rebeccaminkoff.com with a photo of your bag, a brief description of the part you need, as well as your shipping address. If we have what you need, we’re more than happy to send it to you complimentary. But repairs take a second—they’re typically completed within approximately 4-6 weeks.

            Watches

            All of our watches are tested to meet international standards for water resistance of at least 3 bar. That means a little faucet spray or rain won’t hurt as long as the case, crown and crystal are intact. If you’re going to take a shower or a dip in the pool though, definitely take them off. So—a little splash, no big. A bath or sauna sesh, bad idea. And just a warning: Don’t use your watch crown (the small pin on the side of the watch face that winds and stops the watch) or the push-buttons on a chronograph or multi-function (these have separate dials for the day of the week or month) model when the watch is under water, otherwise it won’t remain water resistant.

            We don’t recommend getting your leather strap wet—it might cause premature wear and deterioration. If it does get exposed to chlorine or salt water, just carefully wipe your watch using a soft cloth dampened with fresh water.

            Exposing your watch to a strong magnetic field—think speakers, microphones, X-rays—will affect its time-keeping, and might cause it to stop. A quartz watch should resume working with its original accuracy when removed from the magnetic field; an automatic or hand-wound mechanical piece, however, may require demagnetization before it will work again.

          • Warranty
          • Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a one-year warranty on products purchased from rebeccaminkoff.com or our retail stores. That said, things happen and we are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company-acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one-year period. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear, handbag restoration, or defects that happen on merchandise produced over one year ago. 

            Watches

            It’s super important to us that you’re 100% happy with your purchase. Rebecca Minkoff Watches warrants that, for a period of two (2) years from the date you buy it, your watch will be free from material defects and workmanship that prevent it from working properly with normal use.

          • Repair
          • Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a one-year warranty on products purchased from rebeccaminkoff.com or any authorized retail store with proof of purchase. That said, we will kindly accommodate every request that falls within our warranty. Click here to submit your repair request.

            Once your request is received, we’ll be in contact with you within 5 business days. Typical turn-around time for repairs is approximately 4-5 weeks. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear damage, handbag restoration, or defects that happen on merchandise that was produced over one year ago. Please note if general wear and tear has diminished a handbag’s appearance, we suggest visiting a reputable leather care professional to give your bags a spa day.

            International Repairs

            If you are located outside the U.S., please contact repairs@rebeccaminkoff.com with photos of the damage and your order number or proof of purchase to submit your repair request. Any issues with merchandise currently located outside the U.S. will require case-by-case consideration. Please note, we cannot cover international customers’ shipping costs.

            Watches

            Don’t worry, it’s simple. Just visit the Watch Service, click on locator and pick the closest Authorized Service Center.

            Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials to protect it against shock. Make sure you include a print out of the service order. You can get one by using the Watch Service. A completed copy of the Rebecca Minkoff Watches Service Request Form — which you can get here —works too.

            After your watch is received, it usually takes about 15 business days to process the watch and have it estimated by a professional. Once you give the go-ahead for repair work, it takes an average of 15 business days to complete the repair.

            We have to charge for all repairs unless the original dated purchase or gift receipt showing the name of the retailer and an identifying watch style number is returned with your watch, and the repairs are covered under the terms of the warranty.

            If an authorized service center performs any service on your watch, we warranty that work for one year.

          • Authenticity
          • Rebeccaminkoff.com is the only authorized online ecommerce site of authentic Rebecca Minkoff products. Any variation of the Rebecca Minkoff domain name is not affiliated with Rebecca Minkoff, and the authenticity of the products on such ecommerce site cannot be confirmed. Just because it has the words “Rebecca Minkoff” in the domain name doesn’t mean you’ll get legitimate Rebecca Minkoff products or any products at all. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

            Where can you buy authentic Rebecca Minkoff products? Authentic Rebecca Minkoff products can be found in our Rebecca Minkoff retail stores, rebeccaminkoff.com, and select department and specialty stores.

Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Rebecca Minkoff. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.

            International Return Policy

            We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. Orders placed November 1st, 2018 through December 31st, 2018 will have 60 days from the order date to return their purchase for a full refund. All orders placed outside of this time frame must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. You will not be refunded for importation fees. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Rebecca Minkoff and subject to a $10 return fee. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

            Exchanges

            At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired size while it is still in stock and returning the order(s) as needed. Returns that do not meet the above Domestic and International Return Policy requirements are accepted at the discretion of Rebecca Minkoff and subject to a $10 Return fee.

            Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

            When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Rebecca Minkoff Customer Care.
